All bookings for all locations are made BY PHONE though our Central Booking Office.
Bookings are made from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

After hours, the emergency doctor on-call can be contacted on the same number 07 3820 4555.
The types of appointment available are:
- Consultation Bookings
To make a consultation appointment, please have the following information ready:
- Medicare card
- Referral letter from your doctor (if given hard copy)
- Pension card or Health care card number and expiry dates
- Private Health Fund Details
- Procedure Bookings
- Upper Endoscopy
- Colonoscopy and Nursing Pre-Assessment
- Endoscopic Ultrasound*
- Capsule Endoscopy*
- *highly specialized procedures, requiring extensive prior assessment
- Medicare card
- Referral letter from your doctor (if given hard copy)
- Pension card or Health care card number and expiry dates
- Private Health Fund Details
- You have been IDDM (insulin dependent diabetes)
- You have a BMI (body mass index) over 40;
- You have an implantable defibrillator
- You suffer with severe cardiac or lung disease
- You take a blood thinning medication eg PLAVIX, WARFARIN, XARELTO, ISCOVER, PRADAXA, ELIQUIS
- You are wheelchair bound or have mobility difficulties
