Dr John Gibbons, Dr Kate (Catherine) Cayzer, Dr Georgia Hume and Dr Jillian Rosenstengel are experienced consultant gastroenterologists performing procedures at Eastern Endoscopy Centre (Birkdale), Mater Private Hospital (South Brisbane) and Sunnybank Private Hospital (Sunnybank). Consultations are available at Birkdale, Carina, Springwood, Stones Corner, South Brisbane and Sunnybank.
Gastro Services and Facilities provides an extensive range of expert medical services, specializing in diseases and tumors of the stomach and bowel, liver disease, biliary diseases and inflammatory bowel disease. In addition, for your comfort and peace of mind, we have a choice of male and female doctors. All of our doctors are graduates of the University of Queensland (UQ) Medical School and are Fellows of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP).
Our doctors perform a variety of procedures, including gastroscopy (upper endoscopy), colonoscopy, therapeutic endoscopy, ERCP, capsule endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound.
